SUMMARY
ADULT
Elongate; subparallel; slightly depressed; shining; black; pronotum, scutellum, and abdomen testaceous; elytra with reddish tinge at humeri. Head: concave between eyes; sparsely punctate; medial sulcus present. Antenna: longer than head and pronotum combined; antennomere 1 incrassate; 2 ¾ length 1; 3-4 cylindrical, 3 as long as 1 & 2 combined; 4 ¾ length 3; 5-10 transverse, decreasing in length; 11 longer than 10, acutely pointed at apex; 1-3 punctate with scattered setae; 4-11 setose. Pronotum: transverse; lateral margin sinuate, very finely serrate; anterior angle rounded, slightly produced; posterior angle acute; anterior margin sinuate, produced toward head; basal margin bisinuate; convex; sparsely, irregularly punctate, punctures more dense laterally and basally; disc nearly impunctate; transverse basal impression present. Scutellum: pentagonal; smooth. Elytron: lateral margin straight, moderately margined, finely serrate below humerus; apices rounded; humerus rounded, slightly produced; convex; punctate-striate, punctures obsolete apically; slightly constricted behind humerus; with medial longitudinal depression on disc. Total length: 7.0 mm.
