SUMMARY
ADULT
Elongate; depressed; shining black, basal palpomeres lighter. Head: with the front concave and the interantennal keel visible; punctation sparse; medial sulcus present. Antenna: as long as head and pronotum combined; with short and fine pubescence beginning with antennomere 5 or 6, 1 subclavate, longer than 2; 3 longest, nearly 2x length of 2; 4-10 decreasing in length’ 11 broadly rounded at apex. Pronotum: subquadrate; lateral margin straight, rounded anteriorly, slightly canaliculate; anterior angle obtuse; posterior angle acute; convex; densely punctured, more scarce in the central part. Scutellum: broadly pentagonal, slightly shining; smooth; impunctate. Elytron: convex; lateral margin straight, margined; apex rounded, slightly emarginate at suture; sutural angle with small tooth; slightly flattened on disc; slightly constricted behind humerus; punctures impressed basally, larger and coarser laterally, finer apically. Venter: last abdominal sternite broadly truncate-emarginate in female. Total length: 5.7-6.1 mm. Humeral width 2-2.4 mm.
