Adult
Black; pronotum with lateral margin yellow; elytra with lateral margin yellow and yellow vitta from humerus to middle; legs yellow. Flattened. Head: slightly depressed between eyes; punctate; carina present near base of antennae; frons not angulate. Antenna: nearly ½ length of body; antennomeres 1 & 2 transverse, subequal in length; 3 cylindrical, as long as 1 and 2 combined; 4-10 transverse; 11 pointed at apex; 1 & 2 with scattered setae; 3-11 covered with yellow setae. Pronotum: wider than long; lateral margin recurved, straight and slightly divergent for basal ¾, then rounded and convergent, canaliculate; disc convex with scattered punctures, impunctate medially; anterior angle rounded; pronotal length 1.0 mm; pronotum width 1.4 mm. Scutellum: pentagonal; alutaceous. Elytra: lateral and apical margins smooth; apices conjointly emarginate; punctures little impressed; elytral length 3.9 mm; elytral width 2.0 mm. Venter: pro-, meso-, and metasterna smooth medially, punctate laterally; abdominal sterna setose; last sternite broadly truncate-emarginate in ♀. Total length 5.0 mm.
