SUMMARY
ADULT
Elongate; subparallel; convex; black; head with bluish or greenish metallic sheen; shining. Head: depressed between eyes; smooth; faint medial sulcus present. Antenna: antennomeres 1 & 2 subequal in length, punctate with scattered setae. Pronotum: lateral margin straight, slightly divergent, then rounded apically, slightly canaliculate; anterior angel rounded, not produced; posterior angle acute; disc convex; finely, sparsely punctate; basal impression absent. Scutellum: pentagonal; smooth. Elytron: lateral margin straight, narrowly margined; apex rounded; sutural angel with small tooth; humerus rounded, not produced; constricted behind humerus; finely punctate-striate, punctures larger and deeper apically. Venter: pro-, meso-, and metasterna punctate; abdominal sterna sparsely, irregularly punctate, each puncture with white seta. Total length: 5.5 mm.
