SUMMARY
ADULT
Slightly elongate; little convex; shining; reddish; elytra with dark spot near scutellum, a second at humeri and third near apex. Head: flat between eyes; sparsely, irregularly punctate; medial sulcus absent. Antenna: slender; reach to humerus; antennomere 1 thick, 2x as long as wide; 2 ½ length of 1; 3 longer than 2 but shorter than 1; 4 shorter than 3; 5 as long as wide; 6 longer than 5; 7-10 subequal in length, each shorter than 6; 11 elongate-oval; 2-4 triangularly compressed in male; 1-5 punctate with scattered setae; 6-11 setose. Pronotum: transverse; lateral margin straight, slightly divergent, rounded apically; anterior angle angulate, slightly produced; posterior angle acute; sparsely, irregularly punctate; basal impression absent. Scutellum: pentagonal; sparsely punctate. Elytron: lateral margin straight, narrowly margined; apex rounded; sutural angle without tooth; humerus rounded, not produced; slightly constricted behind humerus; moderately punctate-striate. Venter: last abdominal sternite weakly rounded almost truncate in male, bisinuate in female. Total length: 10.0 mm.
