Antenna: filiform; thick; antennomeres 1-2 slightly shorter than 3; 3-10 subequal in length; 11 cuspidate, as long as 9-10 combined; covered with fine, short pubescence, which becomes more dense apically. Pronotum: quadrangular; transverse; lateral margin slightly divergent from base to approximately middle and then convergent; posterior margin bisinuate; with raised lateral and basal margins; surface with coarse, fine punctures, irregularly distributed and more abundant laterally and basally; each side in the middle with slight basal impression. Scutellum: pentagonal; punctate. Elytron: lateral margin somewhat divergent for basal two thirds; apex cojointly rounded; apices truncate; lateral margin slightly laminate from humeral angle; puncture row 1 becomes furrow on posterior half; rows confused on humerus. Venter: punctate; abdomen with short yellow pubescence, which is denser on apical sternites; sternites 1 and 2 fused; last abdominal sternite emarginate laterally, sinuate medially in male, female sinuate laterally and rounded medially. Leg: short; robust, with fine and sparse pubescence; flattened tibia triangular; tarsal setae yellow, dense. Length: 9 mm. Humeral width: 3.5-3.8 mm. Antennal length: 3.5 mm.
